Weekend Escapade!!
The past week had been wonderful for me. I managed to meet up with some of my long time friends, spent quality time with him, had a 'ball' of a time with my sm at Sentosa and made some progress for my ROM planning.
Wed - Metup with Qi Yang and Hong Jun at JP for dinner. Also got the red bomb card that I am supposed to attend this Sunday.
Fri - Met up with Ah Tan at Magarita's Dempsey for an awesome dinner (but expensive tho and lao niang act generous..haha. ouch. But it was really great to be able to catch up with this old friend of mine. Hope that she can get her act together and recover.
Sat (morn and afternoon) - Ran on treadmill in the morning (only cos I missed my Yoga) and then headed out to Raffles City for a late lunch at Aerin's. Not that bad a restaurant I would say. But then again, it's the company that matters anyway. Wanted to catch a movie but as usual that picky man did not find any movie desirable enought o watch. Ended up walking around carrefour which was not too bad as I could buy the stuff for Sunday sentosa outing.
Sat (mid night) - Went out to JB with PLYT and Rom for late night crab feasting and boy, my conscience was like CRAP after eating so much crab. It was very fun with the joking in the car and chit chatting during the dinner. Let's do it more often..but at an earlier timing
Sun - Sentosa. Eat. Played Ball crazily and lousily. Drank vodka, beer and mojito. Cart wheels. KTV
What a weekend aint it.
Im glad im still young (at heart)

My self awareness is on sky rocket high
I have not dared to wear the pyo pyo night dress
I have not farted or burped out loud
I have not dugged my nose
I have not scratched my ass
I have not shown him my face purposely pushed back-connect with-neck-ugly-fatty face
WHY NOT??!!???!!

Today is a happy day. I wonder why he can make me turn from a grumpy frumpy woman into a silly giggling contented woman in a mere few hours.
It's nice having some to fetch you after a day of yoga and shopping
It's nice to hear someone saying "Baby, let's go for a good dinner tonight"
It's nice when you are asked to leave your wallet in the car
It's nice when you walked into Fossil and you got a gift when you walked out
It's nice when someone take a walk with you on Helix Bridge even after working for 8 hours under the hot sun
It's nice having someone you love and whom loves you back as well
The only issue is: He likes me to touch him more than he likes to touch me. hmmm~~

MY RSVP-ed Diary #2
Date: 27 Sept 2010
Venue: Jumbo Seafood @ Dempsey
Loads of hints were dropped to my parents and they seemed to get the idea. But nonetheless, we are a traditional family and it is only right that we bring them out for dinner to ask for their blessings officially.
The restuarant choosing part was a chore for me. It needs to be not too lok cok but also cannot be too high class for the "cze char" auntie and uncle. Finally, we settled on a chinese restaurant in a high class venue. JUMBO.
It was a cosy, intimate, weird, stressful (all emotions combined) dinner. Never once had I sat down with only my parents and my boyfriend for a dinner before. But beer never fail us for it warmed the entire table up.
Throughout the start of the dinner, Gajen kept making eye contact with me, checking with me whether it was a good time to bring the topic up. And for many a moments, both of us were tongue tied. Luckily for us, my mum brought the topic up and we just went along with the flow. **Sweat**
Once the cork was open, the wine just flowed naturally. (I think this analogy sucks but I dun care) At the end of the dinner, all my parents said was that if we think this is right and that we are suitable for each other, they have "no objections". My admiration for my parents' english just reached another milestone.
Dinner: $180
Blessing: Priceless
